    Most people are familiar with Microsoft Excel’s capability to “do numbers." However, it is a very powerful tool for organizing information that does not have numbers. IMPORTANT NOTE – While you do not need to bring your own laptop, it might be helpful. This 1 hour workshop will cover the following "basic" features of spreadsheet programs — specifically Excel — with lots of time at the end for Q & A: o Sort data o Formatting o Mailing lists o Tab-delimited text o Moving data between programs o Linking cells, sheets and workbooks o Concatenate o Keyboarding Bud Freund makes computers do what they’re supposed to do and stop doing what they shouldn’t. He has been teaching technology to users of all ages and providing tech support to small businesses looking for reasonable, cost-effective hardware and software solutions for over 20 years. He is a frequent SCORE workshop presenter as well as a Certified SCORE Mentor focusing on technology tips, tricks, topics and trends.
