Bright Star, a professional touring theatre company, brings to the SoNo Branch Library ONE SMALL STEP: THE REAL LIFE JOURNEY TO OUTER SPACE. When student’s Sam and Calvin are asked to prepare a presentation about outer space, their expectations become out of this world as they meet history’s most influential artist's, scientist’s and thinkers that helped humanity take flight. Few events in history have captured the imagination quite like the journey to the moon! This tale mark the history of flight and space travel from The Wright Brothers to Leonardo Da Vinci to Amelia Earhart and Russian Jet Pilot Yuri Gagarin. This show celebrates the 50th anniversary of Neil Armstong’s landing on the moon!
