Getting a Library Card for a Child Between the Ages of 5 and 17
|
Must be a Norwalk Resident:
Acceptable Identification: To get a Norwalk Public Library System card for a minor, a parent or guardian must present either one ID from section A or two ID's from section B. A) The following IDs are acceptable by themselves, if they are signed, valid (unexpired), current: |
Connecticut Driver's License Connecticut Photo ID US passport with home address. (Some passports do not list address in which case a second ID is needed.)
B) Two IDs required: One from each column.

Out-of-Town Users:
First-time users of the Norwalk Public Library must present their hometown library card and a parent or guardian must be present with an acceptable form of identification.
REPLACEMENT FEE FOR A LOST LIBRARY CARD IS $1.00.
