Between the Libraries 5K Family Run/Walk

Race Results

Date: Sunday, September 25th

Time: 9am

Location: Union Park at the end of Mott Avenue (right down the street from the Norwalk Public Library Main Building)

All proceeds will go towards increasing Family Programming at the library*

Cost: $14 pre-registration, Online Registration form
           $15 to register by mail (cash or check only) (must print and fill out an (application)
           $6 for high school or college students - online or by mail
           $20 to register the day of the race for everyone

The first 250 registrants will receive a t-shirt and goody bag that includes a free pass to the Maritime Aquarium!

A mostly flat 5K course from the Main Library down the Norwalk River Valley Trail, through Matthews Park, looping through South Norwalk to the South Norwalk Branch Library and back. Prizes will be given to the top three men and women in each age group.

Join us for a morning of fun for the whole family. At 8:55 a 50-yard kid's fun run will start - no registration required and all kids will win a prize! After the race, enter raffles to win gift certificates to restaurants, participate in health wellness activities and listen to live music featuring Squeaky Clean at 9:30 AM at the Main Library.

*Due to the success of last year's Run Between the Libraries, the Children's Department was able to host 13 Family Concerts as part of the Rock & Read Summer Reading concert, including such amazing musical acts as Phil Rosenthal, Tom Chapin, and Princess Katie and Racer Steve, as well as many others! Help us make this year's race an even bigger success by encouraging friends, family and neighbors to register for the run/walk.
