KINDLE, NOOK AND SONY READER AGREEMENT

These eReaders are free to Norwalk Public Library users.  Only adults with a current library card will be allowed to borrow these eReaders.

 eReaders will be loaned out for 14 consecutive days from the Main Library Circulation Desk and the SoNo Branch Circulation Desk.

 A late fee of $1 per day will be charged if the eReader is not returned to the library’s Circulation Desk by closing time of the 14^th day, this fee will not exceed the replacement cost.

 Under no circumstances should any of the eReaders be returned in the Book Drop.

 eReaders must be returned to the Circulation representative at the Circulation Desk.  Failure to do this will result in a fine of $10.00.

 No renewals are allowed

Do not change the content or configurations of the eReader.

 Replacement cost:     

• eReader  $100, Color Nook & Kindle Fire - $200

• Protective cover $25

• Power adapter and USB cable $35

• Instructions booklet $5

You can complete the form and bring it in with you when you are ready to pick up the eReader.
