Children age 3-5 are invited to make music at the South Norwalk Branch Library! Each weekly session will include singing, dancing, musical stories, and jamming with musical instruments. Children will learn basic musical concepts like rhythm, pitch, and tempo, while participating in fun, hands-on games and activities.

Menopause is not just for women, it affects men too!
Men may not suffer from hot flashes, but yes they do experience other symptoms generally associated with menopause. They do gain weight, lose libido, suffer from irritability, depression and fatigue.
Dr. 'Z' says, 'The cause of hormonal problems may be a combination of several factors....' and he will be discussing these issues in the auditorium at the Main Library on Thursday, July 18, 2013.
