YOGA FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS

Get stretching during this Yoga class taught by teachers from Saraswati’s Yoga Joint! The class is open to children ages 3 to 12 and their parents or caregivers. No registration necessary but the program is limited to the first 60 people who arrive. Be sure to bring some water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat or towel. Part of our Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies program, sponsored by FactSet. Public Health Focus Group

The University of Hartford is conducting a series of focus groups throughout the state with community members to learn about their perception of public health. The Norwalk Health Department is helping to coordinate a local focus group for Norwalk Community members. There will be 8-12 participants.
