Peace by Piece Norwalk Community Quilt Group is creating a quilt for the SoNo Branch of the Norwalk Public Library. This will be a community project and Norwalk residents are invited to join in creating fabric art that will border an owl motif interior panel based on the theme of beloved children’s books and other library resources that allow one to “take flight” in life. Men’s ties are needed to make the feathers of the wings (so please bring ties!). The piece will be unveiled late fall. All ages are welcome. Children eight years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
