Leslie Kerr will be leading a Second Act Fitness Walk Aerobics Program this summer at the Library on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 1 pm in the Main auditorium beginning Tuesday, July 15 through Tuesday, September 2nd. Indoor walking is a progam anyone can do. The program is a whole body multi-muscle walk set to music. Four basic steps and easy-to-follow patterns allow participants of all fitness levels to feel successful with their very first class. Fitness Aerobics creates a wonderful non-threatening environment where walkers build stamina, improve health and have fun.
