Saturday September 21, 2013 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Main Library ¾ Auditorium Tai Chi Class with Peter DiGrazia Tai Chi is a series of postures that grouped together, flow into one another to create a form. It has often been called 'meditation in motion' for its steady diaphragmatic breathing and slow fluid movements. This class is perfect for those who wish to get similar benefits as yoga but are unable to stretch and bend for extended periods of time. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing – socks with no shoes recommended; flat soled footwear optional. Come join in on a free introductory Tai Chi class and learn the body mechanics to this internal art practiced all over the world. Peter DiGrazia has studied various forms of martial arts as a teenager. He has been practicing Tai Chi for the past 18 years and is currently Master William CC Chen's apprentice in New York City. Aside from Tai Chi, Peter enjoys meditation and Chi Kung practice. Please wear loose and
