CHOICES Medicare Counseling will provide two counselors from CHOICES (Connecticut's program for Health insurance assistance, Outreach, Information and referral, Counseling, Eligibility Screening). Counselors are available by appointment. During the open enrollment period they are available weekly on Friday's, October 16 - Dec 4. Appointments are available between 10:00am -1:00pm.
