A St. Patrick’s Day Concert with Roger Tincknell
The Stew Leonard III Children's Library of the South Norwalk Branch Library, 10 Washington street, will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the family program “From Ireland to America,”
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2013.  This program by Parents’ Choice award-winning performer Roger Tincknell is a celebration of Irish and Irish American cultures featuring classic Irish sing-alongs, work songs, lively jigs and reels, performed on a variety of folk instruments. Patrons of all ages are invited to come sing, clap, and dance, and receive a lesson in Irish step dancing and spoon playing!

Roger Tincknell is an accomplished musician, singer and song-writer, whose concerts include instruments like the Irish Bouzouki, Irish drum (Bodhran), guitar, banjo, mandolin, spoons and harmonica.
