New to Medicare? You have CHOICES to make. CHOICES is Connecticut’s program for Health insurance assistance, Outreach, Information and referral, Counseling, Eligibility Screening. Let us help you navigate the health insurance options available to Medicare recipients. Meet with a trained volunteer CHOICES counselor who can answer your questions. The Norwalk Public Library will offer one-on-one sessions on the first Friday of the month from 10am to 12noon. Walk-ins welcome, but registration is strongly suggested.
